Had looked at the table yesterday and didn't remember the standings perfectly. Wigan is 9th and Fulham 16th of 20. They have a 6 point lead on Birmingham to stay out of 18th place which gets relegated. They also have played 2 games less going into today, so they have 4 games left compared to 2 for Birmingham. They should be safe but still a loss here would not be good for them. Hope that helps and good luck!
Hey JoeyF- Thanks for the info. I didn't realize Fulham had mathematically sealed the deal. As for the last UEFA spot you are right Wigan definitely wants that. Luckily I bet before reading your post. Guess I got lucky and won for the wrong reason.
Maybe luck is better than full info in the Premiership. Last week I hit adraw at +650 on the Sunderland/Man U game. I knew Sunderland was bad but didn't realize how bad until looking at the tables the next morning. 12 points for the whole season including the point from that draw! I just didn't want to lay -900 with Man U and it was a TV game. On paper it should have been 4-0 Man U?!:drink:
